Narrabri Shire Aboriginal Heritage Study Workshop Wee Waa

August 20 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Narrabri Shire Council has engaged the assistance of OzArk Environment & Heritage (OzArk) to prepare an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Study. The study will allow Council to gain a greater understanding of Aboriginal cultural heritage sites and values within the Narrabri region.
The information gained will also assist Council with localising sites within the region that require protection or listing on the Local Environmental Plan (LEP).

OzArk would like to invite you to a workshop to discuss the Narrabri Shire Aboriginal Heritage Study and any areas that should be acknowledged as Aboriginal cultural heritage within the Narrabri Local Government Area (LGA)and that could be listed on the Narrabri LEP.

Council would greatly welcome the input from as many people as possible and feel this is a wonderful opportunity to discuss the Aboriginal cultural heritage sites and values within the Narrabri LGA and ensure they are considered.

Two workshops are scheduled to be held.

If you wish to attend the workshop, please register no later than Monday 12th August 2019 using the following details
